I had a GAD50E ATB, a line discontinued in 2015. Wanted to have a spare one as I love that one so much. But picking up this Westerly successor is dissapointing by comparison. At first touch, the neck is substantially thicker, the mechanics are a downgrade and the case is great, but is soft, while the previous offered a stunning hard case.
So probably a good guitar if you don't know the precedent but a dissapointment if you do. Where is that magic?
