just sent guitar guitar back for full refund.i complained about really poor action over 5.5 mm at the 12th fret.it was suggested to me by thomann that the truss rod needed adjusting---it did not! i sent photographs. to me it was clear the saddle and ,probably, the bridge needed work.i expected to be offered some sort of cash adjustment----nobody seemed interested .i tried chat and email to no avail .so decided to return. sad really expensive for thomann (i live in spain) and frustrating for me.
