Do you change out strings often? Keep your guitar shiny and clean? Set up string height and intonation? Do you do this on your desk whilst your guitar is propped up on some toilet roll? Yep, me too.
The idea of this product is to give you a worksurface stable and soft enough to rest your guitar whilst working on it. That comes in two parts.
First part is the neoprene base. It's not very thick but it definitely cushions your guitar from hitting the surface you are working on. It has a mouse mat feel to it. Very soft and didn't make a sound when setting my guitar on it. (Unlike when I rest it on the desk and cringe at the thud the body makes). It has the Harley Benton logo printed on it which I don't mind but maybe you might if you don't like the brand. The base is long enough to set up a bass guitar if you just move the neck up a little on the neck rest, which brings me on to....
The second part is basically a guitar holder for your wall but made so that it protrudes through a hole in the neoprene base. It keeps your instrument quite far off of the work surface and allows easy access to the headstock. It is covered in foam, just like your wall hangers. The base part of the rest is a slightly larger circular disk that sits underneath the neoprene and provides stability for the rest. I had no issues with the size of this falling over, it has been totally stable.
Over all, if you are looking at this product then you probably know what you are doing and what you want. This is a cheap product that will allow you to work on your instrument without the fear of damaging it. I like it.

Amazing! Feels way above the price! Really nice mat, easy to roll back and clean after use!
The Guitar neck holder is made out of corkscrew type material but it looks really nice and does the job!
All in all would recommend, specially for the price!

Very basic set, but the materials are good. I've actually seen it on a professional luthier's table, although the guy had an impressive array of expensive tools around, he still used this for his "work bench".

If you plan to clean your guitars...

Its good to have a mat to keep your instrument from getting scratched. That was the main reason I purchased this.
I have other Harley Benton instruments (now 4) and I felt that a Harley Benton Service Station would suit it best.
Its as good as any other, but more cost effective.
I do like the neck support.
Could not be happier !

This thing is really handy to have around. It is simple to roll out where you need it, and rolls up easily when you don’t.
Perfect.

Although this is one of the most inexpensive alternatives, it does a good job. Besides, it's a lot better than using towels etc.
