Harley Benton HB-35Plus Metallic Blue

Was really excited to get this one, and the guitar came in with a certificate of quality assurance from Thomann (#966). However, it's unclear to me how this thing even reached the shelves. The frets are poorly embded into the wood, in a way which creates ripples on the edges of the neck! Can't slide without hitting the sharp edges of these crooked, poorly placed frets. Didn't even bother to plug it in - this sad piece of wood isn't a guitar.

I'm sad, because I really like this guitar and it sounds great. But it's not built well, things get loose and it falls apart. I had to glue on one of the knobs, but the worst contender is the plug socket, which is held by such a tiny screw that the inner parts popped off three times now. It renders the guitar instantly unplayable and repairing it is incredibly tedious. I cannot understand why it's even built that way, because without proper screws it is destined to fail again and again.
