Nice quality part. I have yet to install it on the guitar that I am building. This is not a Les Paul style guitar, so I can't comment on fitment for LP's.

Bought for a hollowbody with a loose jack. This HB one is of good quality for a low price. Nothing not to like about it. It is on the thin side but that dont matter at all.

Purchased for replacing my Epiphone Les Paul plate. Better quality than the original plastic one (can't think why Epiphone or Gibson don't use metal ones to begin with - makes no sense).

The only thing I would say is that the holes don't exactly match the Epiphone originals, but at least this one is bigger so once screwed in it looks perfect.
