Good guitar but it was basically broken on delivery

Looks very nice, feels nice and plays well now, but when I received it the body pickup was basically broken. I had to take it to a guitar shop where they put spacers in it to get it to actually make noise. Also some of the wires inside it were falling apart. Wtf. It's good now that it's fixed but I shouldn't have to pay 40 euros to fix a brand new guitar.

Usually Thomann is pretty good so hopefully this is just a one off, but still, it's pretty disappointing.
