Harley Benton Security Locks BK

There is a way that this are some nice locks, but one of my locks just didn't want to lock. I'm pretty sure i got unlucky and got sent a set that one of them wasn't manufactured correctly. And they look very nice on a black guitar sadly one of them didn't work like there were supposed to.

Nut doesnt stay tight. Has a lot of play. Bends easily. Not very durable.
The black paint is very thin and the nut will strip easily if wrenched. Still better than than any normal strap holders and pretty cheap

I equip almost all my electric guitars with security locks, but I was looking for a cheaper version than the schaller ones for a cheaper guitar. These do the job, and are significantly cheaper. The feel is though in line with the price, and using a schaller set and this one side by side, you can easily understand why the price gap is that important. But I would not have 'invested' in a pair of schaller for that guitar, so buying this pair spares the rod and the child. Job done, just feels less quality.

these can get unscrewed, I just put a dip of superglue and it woorks a wonder now.

They do the job, but the weight is a big No for me.

facile à installer, juste prevoir des vis plus longues et/ou de la colle pour bien bloquer les fixations sur la guitare

tres simple a installer sur la sangle

et pour un prix très reduit, fini les sangles qui se tordent dans tous les sens...
