I think I have a bad one

I have about 20 x harley bentons and am very happy with them all. This model sadly is a bad one.
1. The middle pickup will not move down - I dont think the screws are meeting the body.
2. The nut just snapped whilst playing it.
3. The set up is just terrible and needs a technician to work on it.

This is the first time I have had a dud guitar from Thomann so this is very rare but I will need to maybe buy again or take to a techie.

Beautiful looking and sounding but I cannot live with this quirks and problems.
