I use to play mostly on Dunlop, Gibson and Dadario strings for more than 10 years.
I decided to try HB strings just for fun.
Then I realized that:
1. It sounds like Dunlop nickel-plated strings
2. It stays in tune
3. It sounds normal approx. 3-5 weeks like Dunlop nickel-plated strings (I play guitar in average 4 hours per day. If you play less, it will sound ok last longer)
For me HB strings are not worse then Dunlop, Gibson or Dadario, but costs 2-3 times less.
I have found a way to get D-drop and C-drop strings for a really good price.
I buy HB EL-7 10-56 and HB 11-52 strings and compose from this sets D-drop (10-52) and C-drop (11-56) sets.
I have already used 6 sets of HB strings and did not have any problems.

HB don't do heavier than a 11 for electric!
Greg C. 17.01.2022
So the heaviest 6 string set you can get for electric is .011 up! As I need something a little thicker I went with these, OK a little more expensive than your average 6 string set but hey I have an extra .010 for another guitar!

Quality & Rust Resistance
MartinPasha 13.12.2022
I generally use ernie ball 10-46 regular slinkies. And they rust pretty quickly but feel great when they just put on the guitar. Harley bentons are mediocre at the beginning and towards the end of their life they are still mediocre and not finger cutting rusty like ernie balls. They are great for practicing at home and just jamming and having some fun. For their price get a set 3 or 4 . These are cheap. Like real cheap for what they able to perform.

Cheap and better

It's good string for people who change strings frequently. Sounds good but I'll prefer coated ones.

I'm playing guitar for over 30 years now and was a little suspicious because the price is so low. I tried them out and know I'm sure: these are the strings for my 7-string guitar. Love them

Cheap, functional, reliable

Does what it needs to do. Perfect quality to price ratio. Always handy to have in the studio! Especially if you need to change stings for just one part of a song... or just feel that it's time to change the strings on that guitar you rarely use

Good Quality Great Price
GaryNorthants 15.08.2021
I can get through strings pretty fast due to sweat and have been using HB strings for some time without any problems. This 7 string set is no different and after stringing up and stretching they sound great and hold tuning just perfectly. Highly recommended
