I bought them in order to tidy up my pedalboard, which has several 6.3mm jack connectors close together.
Sadly two of these connectors couldn't fit together into adjacent spots because they are too wide, kinda unnecessarily wide I'd say.
Other than that they work fine, easy to solder and put on a cable.

Still bulky, prefer other Thomann jacks
Ronnie Flonnie 18.01.2020
I prefer other Thomann jacks, these are still bulky and do not fit correctly with all my pedal. On some they will not go in all the way.

Patch cables
MDOW 22.06.2019
I needed to make a few patch cables for my pedalboard and found these hi-con flat angled jack. Never worked with them befor, but i was hopping to save some space compared to a standar angled plug.
Pros: the Looks.
Cons: A bit dificult to work with in part due to it?s tighted space poles.
I was expecting a much compact design and got a bit disapointed by the amount of space saved compared to a standar plug (Thomann SK140). This only saved me arround 3mm for plug.
Overall good plug but i guess i could have used another design. Only recomended if you?re really struggling with the realstate on your board

Flawed design and mediocre quality, but good for pedalboard use
Anonymous 30.05.2015
It's okay to use this when you have limited space on your pedalboard, but the design itself is not as good a bigger (Neutrik/Switchcraft) plug. Quality is also not the best, but it does have the advantage of being small.
I ordered twelve of these and the tip of two of them was loose right out of the package. On another plug one of the set screws didn't secure. Buy bigger plugs if you have the space.
Also keep in mind that the regular Sommer Spirit cable is a bit too thick for the opening of these plugs. It does work, barely, if you squeeze it really hard, but it is better to buy thinner cable when using these plugs.

Reasonable jacks for custom cables
Anonymous 16.03.2014
Very reasonable jacks for some custom cables. Easy to wire, and quite sturdy. With Mogami cable, they did have a touch of low-end roll off, which did affect the tone, but certainly not unacceptably so.
