Nice curtain!

I ordered this curtain because my home studio has a wooden balcony door without so much insulation, but I also wanted to mute the resonances on the glass.

I am pretty satisfied with the results. It indeed combines sound absorption and sound insulation which makes it great!

I think it serves it's purpose very well and ? totally recomend it to someone with the same problem as me.

The quality of the curtain justifies it's price. It's a dense and heavy product that is definately going to improve your room's acoustic.

PS: Just in case that someone wonders the diameter of the eyelets is 4cm.

It's an excellent product that has fantastic acoustic qualities. Looks and feels amazing. The mounting rings are solid.

The only drawback is the smell. It smells like a dozen of new computers. I hope it will be better with time, but after two weeks in the studio, it still smells.

En mi caso me he mudado a un estudio con una carretera relativamente cerca. Con las ventanas que hemos puesto y el acondicionamiento hemos conseguido un aislamiento muy importante pero sobre los 300 a 1000hz aun entraba un poco el ruido de rodadura. No parará el grabe, hay que ser consciente que es una cortina! Pero aisla bastante y además absorbe bastante bien.

Si vous souhaitez l'utiliser comme rideau pour des voisins bruyants, cela équivaut à un double vitrage, mais il ne faut pas non plus s'attendre à un miracle.
Pour une modification de l'ambiance sonore d'une pièce, il est efficace à 100% en évitant les échos. Parfait pour des enregistrements musicaux.
Je l'utilise pour des enregistrements de Rav-Vast mais aussi dans mon cabinet médical pour atténuer les sons de la rue.
