Great explanations of the all rudiments you need to know. It could maybe have been a bit more technical regarding different hands/fingers approaches.
The included poster is a must-have (together with the two Groove Essentials ones).

Tommy is one of the best educators out there and his approach to technique is just great. Easy to understand and without fancy namedropping, this is a very hands on dvd that is useful to both beginners and professionals. I personally use the Lifetime Warmup every day in my warmup routine.
