Very disappointed!

I was very excited to buy a new guitar and to improve my skills. I trusted Ibanez and Thomann but when I finally received the guitar I was very disappointed. The instrument looks good but the setup was a disaster.
There was a buzz on the lower strings and it is very annoying! I think the neck is badly assembled and it seems that NOBODY tried to check it before to ship it. I had a very cheap guitar before and in comparison it sounds much better. How is it possible to send a guitar which is supposed to be for a "beginner" and expecting that the customer is doing a full set up?
