These barn doors are screwed into the front of the fixtures - this means that they will not rotate. The leaves feel like the very early Strand barndoors which, after a period of use, ended up becoming loose and floppy - basically useless..

Very good quality barndoors, fit the lights perfectly, very sturdy, move easily yet stay where you need them set. Using these with the Ignition pint cob led washes definitely makes the usable in theatre. The only down point is that they are fixed and not rotatable. They also come with a nice safety wire but no karabiner to fasten. Certainly happy with these

Die gesamte Konstruktion macht einen stabilen Eindruck. Tatsächlich lassen sich die Schrauben auch von Hand eindrehen. Leider ist eine Positionswahl für die großen Tore nicht möglich wie im Werbetext beschrieben. Das liegt daran, daß die Montagegewinde nur in rechteckiger und nicht in quadratischer Anordnung vorhanden sind. Damit ist ein Drehen um 90 Grad einfach nicht möglich.

Erfüllt seinen Zweck sehr gut im Theater. Einziges Manko ist, dass sich die Tore nicht drehen lassen. Man muß also ggfls. das Tor demontieren und um 90 Grad gedreht wieder anzubauen.
