I bought this unit based on how good it sounded in many of the online videos. When it arrived I immediately plugged it in with headphones and was disappointed by the extreme noise. It clearly had a grounding issue as it stopped when I touched the housing but any time I touched the switches it would pop loudly. It had the same issue when plugged into an interface.

I contacted IK Multimedia about the issue and they immediately told me to return the unit. I chose not to exchange it for another one because looking at other's experiences online it seems like this is a common issue.

It's a real shame as I was excited about this unit, sadly the hype isn't justified.
