I've been wanting to get a fuzzface in my pedalboard for some quite time, but the shape, unfit for any pedalboard, always put me off. When JSH launched their Legends of Fuzz line, I was all in.
The pedal was quite a surprise of how good it sounds. I have amazed quite the collection of Fuzzes and it comes right with the TB-2W as my favorite one. The gated fuzz it is quite the nice addition as I have always like the ripped velcro sound from gated fuzzes.
Construction is very robust and I love the vintage look of it. Perhaps the small disadvantage is that it takes more real state in the pedalboard than I expected. The position of the knobs make it also weird, as I naturally move in the opposite direction to turn up the volume and then I noticed I was lowering (same for the sustain option). This is still clockwise, but given their position it feels counterintuitive.
Probably my main complain is the price. It is not a crazy feature packed fuzz, no weird transistors. Yet, if you are going for the sound. It is worth the money. I have more expensive fuzzes which don't sound nearly as good despite having many more options.
