If you're looking for this then you are tired of printng always pentagrams or tired of using an entire printed page for just a couple of meters.
Pros
It is perfect if you write music anywhere. You can keep it in your pocket and take any paper to write. No need for a ruler or crude pentagrams. Pretty cool
Cons
The writing isn't what I was hoping for. If you are lucky then all 5 ballpoints will be symmetrical and have no problem. But most are not. Sometimes you have to write down 3 or 4 times the same line in order to have a nice looking pentagram. The quality of the ink is poor.
