Der Druckoptimizer von KGU lässt sich durch drehen in sehr kleinen Abstufungen sehr genau auf den gewünschten Mundstücksdruck einstellen.
Die Trompete wird durch den Gebrauch des Optimizers ein wenig länger und damit tiefer, die Intonation und die Ansprache bleiben aber auf gutem Niveau.
Tägliches kurzes Training (10 Minuten) mit dem Optimizer sensibilisiert sehr gut, wenn man dazu neigt ab einer gewissen Tonhöhe mit zu viel Mundstücksdruck zu blasen und fördert den aktiven Einsatz von Luft, Zunge und Lippen.
