I got these for our Galaxy MSVCs (personal monitors) for stage use

I got these for our Galaxy MSVCs (personal monitors) and they are perfect for the job, the stands sit on the floor and regardless of whether we're standing or sitting the monitors are out of sight lines and don't block your view of the audience. All stands can be pushed over but unless you knock into one of these they'll stay upright.

Our galaxy micro spots weigh just over a kilo each and one stand can hold one micro spot fine, but I've tried it with a slightly different monitor that's a little heavier and the pole sinks down I guess I'm lucky that I'm under the weight threshold.

It's not what they're designed for but they work great for me, I think that even with a microphone one of these stands would be really stable.

compact, lightweight, easy to use as a desk mic stand but not recommended for supporting small amps.

Very nice little stand, strong and stable. I’ve got a SM7B sitting on there and that’s a chunky mic. Well worth the price
