Very useful
Peter G. 3748 08.02.2019
Bought these to use for keeping podium mics nice and tidy

I've used them on corporate jobs several times now to great success - even some of the other companies I work with are now talking of making purchases because these are far neater than a mic stand or a large round base.

They don't come with thumbwheels though and can be hard to get position of the mic correct without them. Thumbwheel's are very cheap though so purchase one for each of your clamps and you'll be fine!

Looking forward to trying these out as a tidy way to attach a wireless antenna to cases for future jobs as well.

Definitely recommend having a couple of these in your production kit!

EM
Useful for attaching mic clips and goosenecks
E Madsen 09.10.2020
This is very handy for attaching mic clips and other microphone accessories to flat edges like table tops, beams, rack cases, etc. I had two of these but one has broken from excessive rotation and now the gooseneck I attached cannot be removed, so be careful of the amount of weight or torque on the joint.

RN
Simple but efficient
Ray N. 16.12.2015
Sometimes an item can look very simple and be overlooked.

Make sure you don't overlook these clamps.

Very simple but well made a deigned perfectly for the job, and that job could be just abt anything.

We use these as table clamps to hold microphones, iPads, cameras, etc, etc.

Also can be used on Cajon's and Bodhran's, and a lot of other percussion.

Has a rubber pad to avoid damage to clamping surface and very easy to use and secure in place.

Every sound engineer and most musicians would find a use for one or two of these in their toolbox.

A
good idea, bad product
Anonymous 13.01.2016
the idea is good, unfortunatly the shape of the 3/8" screw is just a lil to big, i tried shure, octava, neuman clamp, no onw did fit correctly on it. the only clamp that worked was the electrovoice and the k&m one.. return product for me..
also, there is no ring to block the clamp when the direction of the mic suite you , so if the mic end up in the wrong direction, you beter move the furniture...non sens. except this, it look good and quiet solid.

f
Good clamp for mics
faderflip 20.05.2019
Very versatile to clamp mics to the rim of a drum, or inside a grand piano. Doesn't work on poles.
Combines with K&M gooseneck.
Don't forget to buy the 3/8" thread ring for better positioning.

A
Excellent item - well made, discreet, and very tidy looking.
Anonymous 19.04.2016
I've used these on a couple of different lecterns so far, and they really are very good.
Great build quality, nice bit of foam padding to protect against marking whatever you're clamping onto, sturdy, and discreet, and look very tidy with a good finish.

Does what it's supposed to
Sven902 17.07.2015
This does what it's supposed to do. It holds a mic (well, a mic holder), and you can clamp it to a table or something else. Pretty happy with it.

I also used these to clamp some wood that I was sawing when I didn't have any other clamps, so that was useful.
