Secure & durable

Can't go wrong with K&M. Snug fit for SM58s and similar mics, good grip and don't break easily. You'd much rather get a good one than stuggle with the cheapest ones that loosen over time either by not gripping the microphone or the angle adjustment begins to fail. Worst case, both. These will last you a long time and you can focus on performing.

Smooth fit and good grip
CMH 11.03.2015
I mainly use Shure microphones (Beta 58, Beta 57 and SM58), and until have now have contended myself with the standard Shure microphone holders that are furnished with each Shure icrophone when one buys it. However, these K&M holders are a rather better and smoother fit, and actually give a stronger grip, because they allow the mic to be slid a bit further into the holder.
My only (minor) criticism would be the that the thread adapter that comes with these holders are made from plastic, and does not feel all that solid or strong. However, any standard metal thread adapter (including those from Shure) will fit, or one could also buy the K&M 215 thread adapter.

Simply Amazing

The K&M 85055 is a fantastic piece of kit to use. I normally use it for the Fun Generation Mic Stand and for the Microphone: Shure sm 58lc.
The fact that it has an adapter is a good Idea, If not, A great idea! And would you look at the price! I'm just speechless! The quality of the holder is very durable as well!

Exactly what I was looking for
Michael Polimeneris 16.10.2021
Excellent piece for my needs. I took it in excess, along with a "t.bone Microphone Holder M" just to be sure that one of the two will do the job. I wanted to replace a rubber-net mic holder at my existing stand and this piece does the job. Equivalent to the aforementioned "t.bone": Although at a very reasonable price, shows extremely durable. If I had to buy again, I would have a difficulty which one to choose.

A while back I lost my clip for an SM58 at a gig and in some ways I could say that was a good thing. Now instead of having a clip designed and specified to fit an SM58 I have a clip that works universally. It is made from a soft, flexible rubber that will stretch to fit most microphones. Using wider than average microphones also work better than expected as the larger it is, the wider the clip has to stretch and the tighter the clip grips to the microphone.

I plan to replace most of my clip for microphones with these ones as that way I won't have to concern myself with getting a specific clip for a microphone, I can just grab a clip.

In summary, these are useful and they work.

Does the job!
Sassmate studios 27.09.2023
They are cheap and hold your mic just fine, I have seen stronger mic clamps, but these do the job for me. Works perfectly with most standard sized dynamic mics (sm58, ...).

Does the trick
Cranio 12.03.2019
A common pressure clamp for microphones. Though build and quality may seem not exceptional at first glance, it does the trick and proves also to be durable and realiable after years of use.
I don't remember having had any stability problem for my microphone even after years of intensive gigging. Make sure you pick up the right size for your microphone though.
