This sandpaper is a perfect fit for the Hosco radius blocks that Thomann also sell. It works great on wood (leveling un-fretted fingerboards).
In the product description for the sanding blocks Thomann recommend this sandpaper for leveling frets too. I will strongly advice against this. When used on metal this sandpaper will go dull and clog up almost immediately. Any cheap sandpaper with similar grit from your local hardware store will probably do a far better job on metal than this one.
The biggest advantage with this sandpaper is that it's a perfect fit for radius sanding blocks and it works fine for wood. If this is your intended use I highly recommend it.
I can NOT recommend this sandpaper for fret levelling though. I also tried using it for polishing frets (before finishing up with steel wool) but I got the same result: It clogged up and got useless almost immediately.
