OK for a cheap repair, save money on plates only, compared to new harmonica..
Oskar harmonicas are OK, but very trebl'y, seem to choke up easily compared to others in the same price range.
Why other harmonica makers don't do plates like this, I don't know.

Good reed plates, saves money.

This a great alternative to buying a new harmonica when the reeds go flat.
Also the reeds are pretty durable compared to other brands.
Not too difficult to fit the reeds (instructions included). You need a small phillips screwdriver ...I use the one in the Lee Okar tool kit.
