It works but driver is troublesome to find

This worked well on my MacBook Air once I had found the correct driver on the web, but this was not easy, because the one found through the Lindy site is wrong, out of date and doesn't work with OS 10.15! The trick is you have to work out that the ethernet bit inside it is not made by Lindy, it is called an Asix AX88179, and when you find the Asix website, you can eventually, on a poorly-organised site, find a driver that works! So basically the problem is bad information from Lindy.

Ich habe mir den Lindy USB 3.1 Hub & Gigabit Ethernet gekauft, da ich ein Notebook habe, dass nur USB-Anschlüsse hat und keinen Ethernetanschluss.

Ich muss sagen nach längerer Nutzung, bin ich vollkommen zufrieden.

Der Adapter ist stabil gebaut. So kann man ihn auch problemlos einfach mal schnell in eine Tasche stecken und er geht nicht kaputt!
Außerdem freut mich, dass der Adapter so konzipiert ist, dass er keinerlei Probleme hat, wenn drei USB-Sticks und ein Lan-Kabel angeschlossen sind.
So war es früher häufig das Problem, dass die Hub & Gigabit Ethernet Adapter über zu wenig Strom hatten und damit waren sie überladen und es kam immer wieder zu Problemen.
Das ist bei dem Lindy-Adapter nicht der Fall!

Ich kann ihn nur an alle weiter empfelehen, die überlegen ihn zu kaufen oder einen solchen Adapter suchen!

Ce Hub vous offre trois ports USB, ce qui peut s'avérer très pratique en déplacement avec les macbook 2015 - 2017 d'autant plus que le port RJ45 vous permettra de vous mettre sur un réseau EtherSound /Dante/Madi etc sans avoir à acheter l'adapteur Thunder/RJ45 de chez Apple qui coute autrement plus chère. Bref, simple, pratique et efficace pour moins de 30 euros.
