Look, I get it. It's an adapter. It has one job, albeit a very important one. And no adapter of this class is roadproof, that much is also certain. Mine died after 2 years of heavy stage use, for which it was obviously not built for. So I bought this as a replacement, since it's the only adapter I could find on thomann that is compatible with a POD GO, and it works well enough. Until it dies again.
Now this wouldn't be a problem, again, I realize things break down, but... 65€?! For what's basically a glorified wall-wart?! I'm sorry LINE6, but you must be out of your mind. If this was 30€, I'd grit my teeth, at 40€ I'd think it's a bit pricey, but 65€ is certifiably insane. Either engineer it better to command such a price or lower the price down to the level that this made in China plastic piece of trash deserves. You can get a 9V, 3A DC adapter off Amazon for like 20€, shipping included.
The only reason I bought this is because I was pressed for time and I knew Thomann would deliver on time (which, of course, they did). If your POD HD or POD GO adapter dies on you (which it will if you use it on stage), and you have the time, just get an aftermarket, 9V, 3A DC adapter and skip this craziness.
