Looks great, nice knobs. Unfortunately, there are a few cons in this device:
1. It doesn't properly work with Ubuntu Linux (the device is visible but cannot get it to work properly as an input device). AlsaMixer doesn't offer any settings to change because of physical knobs. Also tried with pavucontrol util. Probably it's possible to get it to work somehow as proper input, but not as easy as plug-n-play.
2. The big wheel knob at the center of the device makes the physical sound of scratching/grinding (probably smth between the wheel and cover). Very annoying.

Overall an okay product but the drivers are not working (on windows). Although if you just want to use it so you can use your mic in discord or skype its okay
