Do not buy. They hiss very loudly.
I wish I had known about these shortcomings earlier.
Unfortunately, these speakers emit a very loud, annoying, and irremovable hiss. Yes, active monitors can have some hiss, but not to this extent! It's impossible to process music with such a high level of this extra noise.
As a result, instead of mixing and mastering tracks, I use these speakers for coming up with guitar riffs or sketching orchestral music. I use the speakers at 20% of the intended and desired functionality.
I wish I had known about this defect earlier.
I would like to return them to the store, but since the speakers are technically functional, I'm not sure the store will agree to refund me.
They are absolutely unusable for a "home studio," only for minor exercises and drafts. The hissing interferes with hearing the frequencies and the full spectrum of the written music.
