I have played trumpet for years, and always buzzed on the mouthpiece. I always adjusted the backpressure using the palm of my hand. This guy does that part for you. I will keep it and a spare mouthpiece in my car for longer trips, but I don't find it particularly useful.

A very comfortable way to hold the mouthpiece

I'm just starting to play the trumpet, and I think this device is interesting because it means I can do more buzzing practise during the day. I know I can buzz without it, but it's fun to use and I think it will help me keep motivated. The wood is lovely and warm to hold :)

This product is a good mouthpiece practice "assistant". Helped me a lot to gain some resistance and a better sound on my mouthpiece. I surely recommend it to all kind of trumpet players - beginners, intermediates, professionals, jazz players and so on -; I am sure that you'll like as much as I like this product.
