Bought this amp for rehearsal purpose with a punkrock band.
It's loud enough for that and for use on a small stage or pub. I like the build quality, the 10 or 20 watt option and the sound in general.
I don't like the reverb sound( poor sound) and the sound in the band it's mix. It's rather thin sounding, but for home practice its very good though because you get that marshall sound quite good. I used to have a marshall jcm 2000dsl 100. This is amp gives a lot more bottom end instead of the dsl 20. I think there are better low watt tube amps that produce a more powerfull sound. BUT for the money it' s a great amp. I don't use it with the band anymore, now it's my home practice amp and i'm happy with that.
I used it with marshall 1960bx cab in the band (100watt 4*12celestion greenbacks). At home with a harley benton vintage 30 1*12 cabinet. I also own a vox night train g2 15 watt head. This amp has a richer, fuller sound on both cabinets.
