Meinl Classics Cust.Dark Thomann Set

Brilliant cymbal set from Meinl. Lots of different sounds are available from the cymbals included, but if you're after subtle I wouldn't come here first - I play mostly rock and metal and these are perfect for that.

I have used these regularly at mostly rehearsal but some gigs since I bought them, and they are yet to show any signs of wear.

Not the cheapest set out there, but I'm very happy with my purchase.

These cymbals sound amazing. They look really cool and have turned me into a meinl only cymbal guy. Ride is pingy, loud and nice bell, hats are crisp and responsive. Crashes sound awesome and you get a free 18" too. Splash is loud and responsive and china is explosive. Love this pack and highly recommend

Well, after almost two years, only Hi-hat, 18 Crash and Ride remained intact. 16 Crash - China went bust within a couple of months. 16 Crash a couple of weeks ago, after living two years of playing about twice a week for 5-6 hours. Overall, pretty good performance! The set sounds very good, as I expected. But Ride's Bell is not ringing, sometimes it gets lost. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase and the quality!
