This is a very practical holder, much better than the straight variant. 90 degree bending makes more flexible for various positions. I use it combined with Gibraltar Dunnett R-Class Universal Hoop Clamp SC-GRUC, which means that you can position your cowbell / tambourine / etc. directly on your floor tom, so there is no need for those awkward mounting from cymbal stands etc.
Overal great solution when properly combined.
