The fact that I needed a replacement probably suggests that these plastic brackets don't last forever. I'm debating whether to upgrade to a higher spec stand with more robust metal fittings. They do however bring an otherwise broken stand back to life for a very small investment. don't lost the screws and nuts from your current stand however, as the bracket only comprises the two plastic sections.

I didn’t realise I needed to buy locking nuts as well not prepared to pay Another £15 to order them unable to use item 🤷‍♀️
