All fell apart, usable, but not well made!

I use this for my rack tom, and nearly every joing has come loose, and the boom rocks from side to side a little. Still works, but not particulaly stable, definitely not well made as it is not a heavy tom, so I'd hate to see how it deals with a big metal/thick wood snare with die cast hoops!!
