Build quality is fine.
Only one design flaw - it does not swivel. Which means it does not adapt to the guitar's headstock to keep it hanging centered. You can adjust it by hand, but good luck eyeing out the position for perfect center so that guitar neck would have equal hanging tension. For this reason I will replace 3 of the ones I purchased with better designed ones.

other than missing screws it's fine! holds the guitar/bass, easy to install, just wont fit some wide-neck 8string guitars and 6-7 string bass guitars
