Terrible quality, not registering hits on snare

When hitting snare and hi-hat together, the snare is almost never
registered as a hit, and is silent. Thomann have sent a replacement head unit, but still same problem. Have tried both with audio out, and midi, same result. Also, the plastic "feet" are very unstable, they twist easily. Sounds okay though, and if it wasn't for the apparently unsolveable problem with the snare it would probably have been a good value-for-money product, but when I can't play it atall it's just useless. Can't return from Norway as would be too expensive, so it'll probably end up in the trash :-(
