A flawed beginner's kit

From the start this was a really good piece of kit. Until the snare pad stopped working after the first week. Thankfully they had a replacement sent but it happened again shortly after. Opening up the faulty pads, the wires had snapped, as they are not adequately protected and with every beat of the stick it is damaging the thin fragile wires until they snap.

It's a shame as the kit plays well and sounds good. But given that there is an underlying manufacturing fault with these pads, I cannot recommend it as you'll be waiting for replacement pads longer than you'll be able to play it for.
