I bought this to move around my two strats (obviously not at the same time). They are the only guitars I play the last +12 years, they are so heavily modified to my personal specs that they are practically my signature guitars. That means that if anything happens to them, I would never be able to replace them.
And that's where this gig bag comes into play.
It seems it's bulletproof, it has excellent padding all around which justifies the overal weight of this gig bag which is about 2.4Kg. I reckon it's at least a kilo more than any of my other gig bags but so much lighter than any of the hard cases or semi-hard/semi-soft bags/cases I ever had so no big deal.
Great quality straps, zippers and side handle. The top hand is clearly only for "auxiliary" use which explains why it's on the thin side and not padded but it's still useful and nice to have it.
No complaints about the pocket either as I never put anything more than a few picks, a couple sets of strings, a couple pieces of clothe, a Fastfret and a cable but yeah, for someone that needs to put a lot more stuff that could be a dealbreaker.
Come to think of it, the only thing I would like to see is a strap pocket at the back of the bag so you can take them out of my way and store the straps when I am not using them (say like Fender FE610), instead of them being hunging but that's alright. Not a big deal for someone that uses the straps more than the side handle.
To sum up, if you want something to carry your precious guitars around, with extreme maximum protection/mimum weight ratio and you can afford it, then just buy it and call it a day,
