The Mooer D7 X2 combines 14 different delay algorithms in a single compact pedal. Unlike its predecessor, the D7 X2 now offers left and right stereo inputs and outputs as well as support for an optional standard 9V power supply (300mA). The D7 X2 features a wide range of delay effects from classic analogue and tape delays to more modern and experimental delays such as "Low-Bit", "Galaxy", and "PingPong". Delay parameters can be edited intuitively on the fly using the five control knobs and saved directly via a dedicated button and recalled via the two silent footswitches. Additionally, it is possible to use the second footswitch to make quick adjustments in live mode using tap tempo.

14 algorithms and immense flexibility

The Mooer D7 X2 is a compact stereo delay pedal brimming with features. With 14 built-in algorithms, the selection is comprehensive and covers various delay effects (tape, analogue, and digital) with tweakable parameters that are different based on each effect. In addition to the Mix and Feedback controls, the timing of each delay can be adjusted with the Time knob or by using the Tap Tempo footswitch for quick adjustments on the fly. The Trail On function also allows effects to fade out naturally by retaining the decay of the effect when when the bypass is activated. Such extensive controls provide a degree of creative flexibility that far exceeds that of conventional delay pedals. Best of all, presets can be created for each of the 14 algorithms by simply hitting the save button!

The X2 eschews complicated menus in favour of a straightforward control setup that enables quick access to a large selection of delay effects that can be intuitively customised and conveniently saved. The preset locations are visualised via seven bi-coloured LEDs, with the effects list printed on the side of the housing. In addition to the Bypass switch, the delay time can be adjusted to the tempo of the song at any time using the Tap footswitch.

Mooer is based in the Chinese city of Shenzhen and has been making products for guitarists since 2010, which include compact single pedals through to multi-effects units and compact amplifiers. The company initially produced a range of mini pedals before making perhaps its most significant breakthrough in 2016 with the sophisticated Ocean Machine delay pedal, which was designed in collaboration with Devin Townsend. Easily accessible variety

The Mooer D7 X2 Delay is a breeze to use. Users can easily customise the parameters of the chosen delay algorithm using the on-board controls and store presets by simply pressing the Save button. The two footswitches are used to switch the effect on and off or to adjust the tempo to the current song tempo using the tap function. Pressing both footswitches simultaneously in turn accesses the Preset Scrolling Mode to move up and down through the memory locations, which are arranged in two blocks and visualised with LEDs, allowing for effortless selection of personalised presets.

gute Verarbeitung-viele Möglichkeiten Sound zu gestalten-klingt besser als der Preis vermuten läßt-Stereo ist ein Kaufargument für Keyboarder-Pro Delayart ist ein Preset abspeicherbar, also 14---wer Midi und USB braucht ist hier falsch--Tab fürs Tempo ist einfach machbar--Fazit: gutes, günstiges Delay, aber kein Strymon und ohne Midi

la pédale complémentaire idéale

Je cherchais une pédale de delay qui me permette de rajouter cet effet au moment voulu et de déterminer son tempo en live au pied sans avoir à rentrer dans le menu de mon multieffet (Valeton GP100). J'ai trouvé la pédale idéale avec entrée et sortie stéréo (pratique pour rentrer sur un looper stéréo) et assez d'écartement entre les deux switches pour ne pas s'emméler les pinceaux en concert. De plus la finition solide et la sauvegarde en font une pédale idéale pour les rockers et bluesmen qui aiment les sons vintage et se contentent de leurs sons préférés.
