I find this as a good cheap Swiss army knife for recording IR's. Gets the job done if you can't be bothered or can not use a loud amp.

UPDATE : A few years later. I thought I would compare my RADAR to the much hyped NUX MG300 and believe me don't bother. The RADAR is far superior when it comes to the actual sounds and reproduction.
