This is an insane pedal ! Why don't I see it everywhere on you tube ?
- It goes fully wet, and very long
- it has a really open beautifull verb sound. Something else then the Neunabers, Ventris, Boss, etc
- it has the nicest modulation ever; Very musical. It always varies and is not merely a repeated vibrato or chorus. It stays a coherent pleasant sound at all time, no unusable horror house. In this point it is the best on the market.
- it goes very well with dirt. The tones and modulation don't get washed away like with many other pedals.
- with the bloodmoon and chrome voicing, you have two very essential voicings and no need for a tone knob
- it is very inspiring and powerfull because it is so simple and so beautifull at the same time.
(- expression input is really easy (but find out yourself))
Next to the Walrus Audio Slo, this sits at the top of modulated verb pedals. This one is more pleasant to play clean and is more basic then the Slo. The Slo excels in different flavours of mod verb and takes noise extremely well. The Bloodmoon and Chrome reveals hints of delay in the algorythm, but it is not disturbing,it is more a different taste. The Slo goes more evenly straight forward and is more dense.
I really recommend this pedal if you want modulated verb in your playing. You won''t stop playing. If I could have only one reverb pedal, this would be the one I choose.
