This is one of those really boring products that just does what its supposed to.
Everyone is interested in your guitar, your cab, or what pedals you use, but if you can't wire up your PA your gig isn't even gonna get started.
You'll chuck this connector in your gear bag and probably forget you're got it, but when you need it you be glad you have it.
Solid construction. Doesn't add any colour or interference to the signal. Not gonna break anytime soon.
Works with the 2 pole speakon connectors I and most of us use. haven't had the need or chance to test it with 4 pole speakons yet.
The locking mechanism only locks on one side, which is about the only criticism.

Life savers
Anonymous 22.02.2016
They can sometimes be like life savers. When you have just some meters to your speaker or amp and your cable is a bit short, and you don't have a longer cable and the only fast and easy solution is this.
Works like a charm. You can even lock one side.
When you want to have a long cable it comes handy. You don't have to buy a new cable, just use some shorter ones. You can connect 2 speakons fast and there you go.
Seems that it doesn't have a weakspot. It stays quite unnoticed. A good thing is that you can use it on 2 and on 4 pole cables!

Handy and solid

Super handy in situations of last minute positioning speakers, or simply make a long cable from 2 not so long ones:
super solid with a lock option that makes you a bit more relax.

Incredible Product

I mean its Neutrik. Reasonable price. Neutrik make the most sturdy adaptors and connectors out there. I keep a handful of these and other adaptors just in case I ever need them.

Extremely Handy.
Anonymous 29.01.2016
I have so many Speakon cables in my cable box but some times they're just not quite long enough on their own for certain jobs so these little guys come in super handy.
When your speakers are just a little bit too far away from your amps these adapters are a godsend.
Sturdy build as well. Will last a hell of a long time I imagine.

Regularly used
Alistair D. 20.11.2014
After spending hours comparing speaker leads and pricing i came across this nifty little gadget.
compared to buying a 20m speaker lead this thing costs next to nothing and is so easy to use, even i got my head around it in seconds!
the locking feature is highly useful to stop unwanted unplugging that could damage speakers.
all in all, easy to use, light and robust, and something handy to keep around

what it says on the barrel!
These are genuine Neutrik, so no quality concerns here.
A great thing to have around, just in case. I use them to extend speaker runs, when the rig needs a bit of stretching. I have noticed no loss of signal through their use.
