Nothing to do with Thomann, the service of which remains excellent.

As to the Neutrik? Brand name power, but nothing of substance..
Try Switchcraft or other similar brands, offering much better quality at lower prices.
As i've unfortunately mentioned elsewhere, it's the .. new "Made in Germany" kind of product. It may say so, but it sure is nothing like what you'd once expect.

Great material, horrible system. Only good for thinner cables.
Have done many cables by now and this series is the worst i have worked with. Never again.
I can imagine it is tedious to unscrew and repair as well.
