Functional but not wear resistant

PRO'S
Functionaly this connector is very good. The connector is easy to attach to a cable, has a high quality plug and a strong housing.

CON'S
The black coating on the metal housing is not wear resistant. After a few months of using the plug in my phone in my pocket the coating has come of and the housing is now metal grey instead of black. Because of this I gave it a 3/5.

Requires a thin cable and a steady hand.

I don't find this to be a particularly easy connector to use and you really need a thin headphones style cable to fit the small hole in the connector. I was able to use a thicker cable with some modification to the hole with a sharp knife and the application of some heat shrink tubing.
