Numark Mixstream Pro+

I purchased my new Mixstream Pro+ on Aug 5, was delivered yesterday Aug 15, the device has a big issue,out of the box, the sound of played tracks is terrible with a constant crackling noise (MP3 Tracks are 100% clean and working well on all my other devices), flickering screen and slow process for the functions, including speed control and effects...it was on Ver. 3.0 then I updated it to 4.0 after checking on the web that this problem was there and is fixed by installing ver. 4.0, which in my case didnt happen, I hope this is a SW issue and I dont have to return the item all the way to Germany and pay again the import duties and shipping... The product is amazing if it works properly!
