I really like this as it doesn't bounce all over the gong face when the gong is already vibrating. In not jumping about or vibrating against the gong it produces great high pitched alien sounds. Easy to hold. Well made. Worth getting to add some texture to my very low pitched chau gong

Exploring the ocean

perfect to explore the deep sounds of the ocean. I use this during gong sessions. I have tried other friction flumies and this one is worth it.

Works well on cymbals
kriista 31.08.2019
I don't have a gong so I bought this to use on my cymbals and drumset. It works well on my cymbals and has a different feel than my other friction mallets. The surface isn't grippy or wide enough to "bite" on drum surfaces, at least the ones I tried, so it's more a specific use case thing.

Amazing

Who would think a piece of rubber on the end of a stick could team up with a wind gong and create magical tones from the depth of the sea.
