Where are my cymbals?

I have ordered the 900 Paiste series Hi Hat, 16, 18, 20 crashes and 18 china. I am still waiting for the delivery 17 days after my order and I’ve just got informed that my package is lost and as Thomann doesn’t have more in stock some cymbals won’t arrive until February 2025.
The annoying part is that I have received an email from Thomann asking me to review the cymbals…
