Worth you every cent

Got this tuner because I needed to get my guitar intoned - got more than I have bargained for.
Tuner has more features than I need but having them is very useful since you can sweeten your tune, make it more accurate so your recording doesn't sound off key, and make more adjustments. Best part is that you can edit display color for every setting you make so you know by the color on the display what kind of setting you are on.
Convenient. Accurate. Lightweight and really good investment through and through.

Expensive but worth it.

So far I'm only using it as a standard tuner, and it was easy to set up as I wish (mute when tuning, screen off when not tuning). Reading the display is not a problem, and the choice of screen colours helps.

S
Great pedal tuner.
ShreddyKrueger. 07.10.2024
I'm now in my 30th year playing guitar, and this is my first ever pedal tuner, so bear that in mind.

Pros:
Super accurate strobe tuning.
Easy to see HD screen, with option to change colours.
Easy to operate, and has an easy to understand manual.
Can be set Buffered or True Bypass.
Soft switch with no popping.
Really well packaged, and even comes with choice of velcro or rubber pad to stick on base if you so choose.
Loads of useful options and modes for use and tunings (Monitor Mode, tunings for different instruments, etc.).
Seems really high quality in build and in use.

Cons:
I could nitpick/moan and mention the current price while I write this Review is £14 cheaper than I bought mine for a few weeks ago (What The Actual!). But I won't.
Nothing else, if I'm honest.

---

I just use the Peterson StroboStomp Mini in True Bypass for standard tuning.
Every doubt I had about price or that it might be more than I needed option wise was gone within about 2 minutes of first use.
I even used it to check/set the intonation on my T Style parts guitar with ABM 3 compensated saddle bridge, and I am now in tune (Strobe not rotating flat or sharp) on every fret on every string. I didn't think this was even possible, and it REALLY notices when playing.

I love the Peterson Mini to be honest. It's an easy 5 Stars Rating.
If your budget allows, I recommend it highly.
