the idea behing these cable ties is neat. they clamp a cable end, stay more or less where you put them, and offer a firm elastic lock to coil back the cable after use.
the problem is, the cable clamps don't work just as well with every diameter, and being made of rigid plastic they can (and do) break more easily that i thought.

I Bought these as I have some planet waves cables.

I was disappointed to find that the method the cable ties use to attach make them too big for most cables

Size OK for larger cables

The size is OK for thicker cables, but I use the velcro straps for them, these are for the thin cables and the cable clip is really too large to stay attached. Works for the right size cables though.
