Long time Remo head user/ full-time musician here. I recently purchased one of these heads to replace the Powerstroke Pro batter on my 1960's Ludwig Super Classic. Holy moly these heads are great! After I changed out the head and seated it, etc, I am delighted. Super punchy with great Low end. Whether you're a road musician or studio or both, these won't disappoint. I would say these heads will work great for all genres and styles. Your engineer will thank you :)
