The original one I purchased had to be returned as it arrived broken. I find this Rode Blimp MkII to be delicate. When you unscrew one end to place mic, you'd need enormous patience when screwing it back on. It takes ages. The dead cat will not fit on the Blimp when the blimp is fully assembled. Therefore I have to remove one end of blimp and shove small towel into blimp cavity and only then will dead cat cover the end. Not really satisfactory at all. Consider purchasing a different version or other manufacturers model. Overall disappointed.
